The Social Model’s system of monitoring and evaluation produces and provides solid and reliable quantitative and qualitative information on the processes carried out at each phase of the operational chain, as well as on the attainment of expected results and the way that these elements contribute to fulfilling the Objective of the Social Model.
This information allows us to assess and identify improvement areas, demonstrate the Social Model’s impact on education communities, and gather input for decision-making and accountability.
To function, the monitoring and evaluation system is guided by a set of indicators that describe the expected outcomes of each strategic guideline. In this sense, through monitoring, all activities are documented based on each indicator in order to identify achievements, learning experiences, and obstacles, among other elements; likewise, the attainment of objectives and milestones is assessed through evaluation.
