The Operational Chain
The operation of the Social Model applies the strategic guidelines in an organized manner, defines different moments of the management process, and guarantees its methodical implementation in the education communities.
To this end, it activates an operational chain, which establishes an ordered linking process and participatory action with education communities. The operational chain develops in seven stages: preselection, selection, diagnosis, immersion, strengthening, consolidation, and completion.
