IEEPO solidifies partnership with the Alberto Baillères Foundation to strengthen public education in La Mixteca

• Agreement will contribute to improving learning environments for children.

San Antonino Monte Verde, Oaxaca. January 15, 2026 – The State Public Education Institute of Oaxaca (IEEPO) signed a Specific Collaboration Agreement with the Alberto Baillères Foundation for investment in infrastructure aimed at providing improved learning environments for children in the La Mixteca region.

Accompanied by the Foundation’s Director General, Rosa Isela Gluyas Fitch, IEEPO Director Emilio Montero Pérez emphasized that this partnership contributes to the transformation of education in Oaxaca.

Alongside authorities of San Antonio Yodonduza, a municipality within San Antonio Verde, Montero Pérez stressed the importance of government and private enterprise joining forces to transform school facilities.
