Alberto Baillères Foundation
July 2025

Three sessions of the IV National Meeting of Education Communities were held in an atmosphere of trust and collaboration. Participants included educators, senior staff, and supervisors from the education communities that the Alberto Baillères Foundation supports in the State of Mexico, Mexico City, and Yucatan, as well as education authorities, partner organizations, and UNESCO representatives.
These meetings allowed participants to share achievements and experiences and to begin co-designing the 2025-2026 Accompaniment Plan. In the case of Yucatan, in addition to the eight education communities that collaborate with the Foundation in Kanasín, members from three Mérida technological upper secondary schools where the Social Model will be implemented were in attendance. Furthermore, emphasis was placed on networking, the exchange of best practices, and community organization.
In this way, the Alberto Baillères Foundation continues to foster forums for dialogue, expression, and evaluation of needs, as well as for consolidating lessons learned and recognizing achievements. Building on these experiences, education communities, the Foundation, and strategic partners are planning and preparing for the upcoming school year.
