DATA CONTROLLER: FUNDACIÓN ALBERTO BAILLÈRES, A.C. (hereinafter “the Foundation”), located at Av. Molière 222, 5th Floor, Los Morales Palmas, Miguel Hidalgo, 11540, Mexico City, is responsible for safeguarding the personal data which may be collected in pursuance of the purposes described below.
PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED: In compliance with the processing purposes stated in this privacy notice, it is necessary to collect and process the following personal data, which may be collected from you personally, directly, or indirectly: (a) owner’s name; (b) name of owner’s legal representative (if applicable); (c) email; (d); photographs; (e) audio recordings; (f) videos; (g) testimonials or personal opinions; (h) signature. We do not collect sensitive personal data without the consent of their respective owners.
PROCESSING PURPOSES: The abovementioned personal data is collected in order to:
a) Collect information regarding the advances and development of projects in which the Foundation participates, evaluate these, and disseminate actions.
b) Carry out social communication actions and activities to promote the participation and involvement of the general public in Foundation projects.
c) Upload audiovisual content to the Foundation's website.
d) Grant authorization, when appropriate, for image use in accordance with the terms of Article 87 of the Federal Copyright Law (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor).
e) Enable the Foundation to comply with its administrative, anti-money laundering, evaluation, and transparency obligations before the relevant authorities.
f) Disseminate, produce, reproduce, edit, publish, promote, distribute, and transfer audiovisual content collected for any of the abovementioned purposes.
PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERS: Your personal data may be transferred to companies related to the Foundation, as well as to third parties who contribute to implementing the abovementioned processing purposes. By providing your personal data, you grant consent to the processing of your data and their transfer per the terms described in this notice.
EXERCISE ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, AND OPPOSITION (“ARCO”) RIGHTS: In the event that you require further information or wish to revoke the authorization granted, limit the use or dissemination of your data, or learn about your personal data in our possession or to update, correct, or exercise your right to cancel or oppose these, we ask that you notify us by sending a written statement to: privacidad@fundacionalbertobailleres.org, addressed to the Personal Data Protection Compliance Officer. Once your written request is received, the corresponding proceedings will be provided to you via the same channel.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AUTHORITY: Should you consider it necessary, you have the right to appeal to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) to assert any objection you may have in relation to your right to the protection of personal data.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE: This privacy notice may be modified at future dates; any such modification will be published and announced on the Foundation's website.
